Waterjet Cut Pricing Notes

Waterjet Cut letters and logos are made using a fine, high pressure stream of water that carries an abrasive mineral. This fine stream cuts and allows for sharp (.020 radius) inside corners, small lettes and intricate detail on logos.

• Pricing is for corresponding height to width ratios consistent with our standard letters.
• Pricing is for UPPER CASE letters or single piece logos in natural satin or baked enamel finish. Lower case 90% and punctuation 33% of upper case pricing.
• Fractional Heights are also available. Round up to the next highest size (i.e. 12-1/4" = 13")
• Polished and Anodized Finishes require stud mounts. Minimum 2" at 1/4" and above depth or min. 3" at 1/8" depth. Restrictions may apply on letters over 24".
• Custom Baked Enamel Add $70 per color.
• Aluminum Anodized Colors may vary from order to order in the anodizing process. $70 fee for matching previous orders. Sample required.
• Most 1/8" Thick (3" height or greater)can be stud welded (1" studs are standard, longer studs available which require a standoff)-add 30% per letter; and must be stud welded to polish or anodize.
• Spring Pins-Letters under 3" may have spring pins instead of threaded studs.
• Installation Templates are available for $3 Net per letter. Min. 3" letters.
• Special Packaging Charge Add $50 per package for letters or logos over 24"; larger orders may require multiple packages. 65 lb. limit per package.
  

Router Cut Pricing Notes (10% Off Listed Price)

Router Cut letters and logos are mechanically routed out of flat metal stock. Based on the material thickness and letter size, an 1/8" - 1/4" router bit will be used. As a result, inside corners will have a slight radius. Minimum 4" high and Maximum 1/2" thick.

• Router Cut letters are 10% less than waterjet.
• Router Cut letters are available minimum 4" high.
• Router Cut letters are available maximum 1/2" thick.
