Fabricated Letters

For 2007, Gemini is proud to add to its line of dimensional letters, Fabricated Stainless Steel. Beginning with your artwork or an standard style, Gemini cuts premium sheets of stainless steel or titanium coated stainless steel to the requested letter or logos shapes.

Letter returns are bent to the contour of the laser cut faces, and hand soldered using a lead-free silver solder. All fabricated products are either buffed, stroked or painted per specification. While not nearly as durable to impact as cast letters or flat cut metal letters, the channel babrication is perfect of various forms of illumination. Call or email your quote request today.
